Re-organising the morning route. Re-organising the afternoon route. Labelling stationery. Labelling clothing. Labelling more stationery. Loosing labelled shorts.
Then, diarising 25 extra-mural activities. Wrapping books. Doing homework.
It has only been one week, with Oliver in "big" school and I am exhausted.....send wine ;-)
Just one for now, of the lad himself.

So today I had a total panic attack about how far behind I am on the editing side of things. So I made a promise to myself that I would buckle down and not get distracted on the internet.
15 minutes have passed and what do you know here I am, Hello there !! {insert, happy wave}
Pretty much a pointless post - I'm editing a wedding right now, and I got a kick out of this image.
So here you go, love this image the little page boy, walking out of the ceremony. He clearly had enough.
That's an awesome image... and I'm also procrastinating... supposed to be editing a session that I have to deliver on Friday!
(01.05.11 @ 11:01 PM)...and here I am again...Hello ;-)
(01.06.11 @ 07:39 AM)It was mullet masacre yesterday. I took the boys in for their first haircut. :-(
The last mullet post.

I feel for you Andrea it has been 4 precious years of gorgeous locks ;-)
(12.07.10 @ 11:35 PM)A sneaky back-dated post...
I thought I was going to get off scot-free by not posting the boys' birthday bash on the blog, but, then one very clever bugger asked why the party wasn't here.
Apologies, dear blog readers, as I do realise you're not that engrossed with the antics of their birthday shindig.
In any case, it was a safari in the Serengeti for Jake and, of course, for Liam, a repeat of last years theme, cars.
Two fire engines and an ambulance arrived at the venue, treating the boys and their guests to rides around the neighbourhood.
There you are boys, posted and done.

I know first hand, as a photographer, that there are thousands of images of those people around us captured by the flicker of the lens, but none, or very, very few, actually includes us within the frame.
This year, I received an amazing gift (twice), which was, incredibly, a shoot with my children and I.
When Joretha (a wedding photographer herself) contacted me earlier this year, to photograph her family, I knew it was due time to pay this gift forward.
Here you are, Joretha, a few of my favourites:

Thanx Andrea, your the best!! I love it and can't wait to see the rest of it.

Hehe you have my sympathy, I was moaning about the same thing this week... we've already had a project to do, and Bradley's only in Grade 2!
